Beam is an energy transition platform that helps businesses assess, procure and manage solar, battery and electrification projects across Australia. We're a small, fast-growing team of five, based in NSW and working remotely, with strong momentum and ambitious growth plans.We're now looking for a Head of Growth & Digital Marketing to take ownership of our digital engine — from HubSpot and website conversion through to B2B demand generation, analytics and brand execution. This is a hands‐on role with real ownership and influence, working closely with the software, sales and delivery teams to drive measurable growth.What you'll be responsible for:Own and operate HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Website, Forms, Surveys and ReportingDesign and automate lead capture, nurturing, scoring and lifecycle workflowsEnsure clean CRM structure, reporting, attribution and data hygieneWebsite, SEO & conversionOptimise beam.solar for SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and clear value messagingImprove landing pages, forms, CTAs and content pathwaysTrack and continuously improve conversion from visit → lead → opportunityDevelop and execute a B2B digital marketing and paid advertising strategyAllocate and manage budget across channels (e.g. search, LinkedIn, retargeting)Track CAC, ROI and pipeline contribution — not just clicks and impressionsBrand refresh implementationImplement a new brand and collateral (provided by a third party) across:WebsiteProposals and sales materialsReports, dashboards and customer touchpointsEnsure brand consistency across all digital and customer‐facing assetsContent & thought leadershipHelp the team turn expertise into regular blog posts and insightsEdit, structure and publish content from internal subject‐matter expertsBuild a sustainable content cadence aligned with SEO and sales needsProduct & analytics integrationIntegrate Beam's platform with HubSpot for sales, marketing and surveysImplement and manage product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude or alternatives)Use data to inform messaging, funnel optimisation and product‐led growthWhat we're looking forStrong experience inB2B digital marketing, growth or revenue operationsSolid understanding of SEO, CRO and paid digital channelsComfortable owning strategy andexecutionData‐driven mindset — you care about pipeline, not vanity metricsClear communicator who can work with founders, sales and technical teamsExperience in energy, climate tech or complex B2B products is a big plus, but not essential.Salary of $80‐110k + Super (FTE)Why this role is interestingReal ownership of growth systems and outcomesDirect influence on brand, pipeline and product adoptionFlexible working arrangementWork on meaningful problems in the energy transition#J-18808-Ljbffr
