Onsite Hardware Support & Inventory Technician (4-Hour SLA )

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hands-on field technicians based in
Mount Isa City,
Queensland
to support a
4-hour SLA project.
The primary responsibility is to
store client-dispatched hardware parts
,
maintain basic inventory
, and
deliver/replace parts on-site
when support tickets arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and securely
store hardware parts and IT equipment
(provided by the client).
* Maintain
inventory records
and ensure all items are easily retrievable.
* Upon ticket notification,
transport the required parts to the client site
within SLA timeframes.
* Coordinate with remote IT support teams to ensure successful resolution.
* Ensure
camera or IT equipment storage is safe
and compliant with client standards.
* Provide status updates, photo verification, and completion reports after each dispatch.
Requirements:
* Must have
access to a local warehouse, garage, or secure storage area
suitable for holding IT parts.
* Valid driver's license and vehicle
(to transport parts to the client site).
* Basic understanding of
IT hardware, cabling, or camera setup
preferred.
* Ability to respond quickly and
reach sites within 4 hours
of ticket assignment.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
