Expectation:
Senior Account Executive responsible for the region, currently managing one Mid-Market AE, with a clear pathway to progress into a Country Director role within the next 12–18 months.
Reporting directly into VP of APAC.
This position will:
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quotas through net-new enterprise wins and account expansion
Close $100K–$200K ARR net-new deals, with expansion paths up to $1M+ ACV
Own a book of 20+ strategic enterprise accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell motions
Partner closely with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Executive leadership
Guide customers through commercial, technical, and procurement processes
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
Demonstrate leadership capability with a clear path to becoming a player/coach
Take line management responsibility for a Mid-Market AE as the team scales
About You:
7–8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience closing $100K–$200K ARR net-new deals and expanding accounts to $1M+ ACV
Strong experience running multi-threaded sales cycles with up to 15–18 stakeholders
Expertise in consultative, value-based selling to C-suite and senior decision-makers
