We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Co-Development Project for a new and innovative Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) Transitional Accommodation Program.
The roll will manage the Co-Development Project for a new Transitional Accommodation Program, acting as the first point of contact for all stakeholders in relation to project scope, scheduling, project governance, activity completion, progress reporting and contract requirements, ensuring project outcomes, timetable and budget are successfully achieved.
Main Duties
Key Responsibilities will include:
Manage delivery of the project plan to ensure project objectives, key milestones and all required outcomes and contractual obligations and project governance are successfully achieved
Develop and manage delivery of the Project Strategic Communications and Engagement Plan to ensure alignment to the project plan, the partnership values and St Pat's values
Manage project governance requirements, including supporting the Project Reference Group (PRG) as needed and in consultation with the Director Housing and PRG Secretariat
Manage and oversee the project timetable with all project partners to ensure phased activities are achieved and all stakeholders have a clearly defined pathway to project completion
Prepare and present project reports for internal and external stakeholders
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure compliance with the project plan and achievement of any other milestones in third-party sub-contracts
Develop and manage contractual reporting systems and structures to ensure project oversight, deliver management reporting and ensure contractual obligations and project outcomes are met
Provide guidance and support to seconded staff in the achievement of project milestones and other operational activities
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a social and/or community housing context
Project or contract management – Demonstrated experience in the management of community housing or homelessness projects or services, including contract or project management, project governance, program monitoring and evaluation

Budget Management and Reporting - Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets and undertaking financial and performance reporting
Communication Skills – Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and work with people and stakeholders from different and diverse backgrounds and life experiences
Problem Solving - Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and proactively identify and implement solutions to project issues
Analytical Skills – Experience with reviewing and using data to analyse trends, effectively plan, mitigate risk and undertake reporting
Writing Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing and presentation experience
Cultural awareness – Demonstrated awareness, understanding and sensitivity to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures and of the issues affecting these communities, particularly in relation to housing, homelessness and access to
Preferred Skills
Experience in Co-design, facilitation and working with multiple stakeholders
Experience in the homelessness and housing sector and or Family domestic violence desirable
