We are seeking a skilled HR Strategist to join our team, responsible for developing and executing our human resources strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Australian HR team to foster a high-performance culture.
* Provide strategic guidance on key HR programs, including performance management, compensation, reward, talent planning, employee engagement, and change management.
* Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
* Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and align people priorities with business objectives.
* Identify current and future capability needs, developing strategies to close gaps and support organisational success.
* Ensure HR systems, policies, and processes are aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
* Support leaders in navigating change, applying proven change management techniques.
