You'll work closely with the Operations Manager – Aged Care and senior leadership to deliver on the strategic plan and maintain full accreditation and star rating targets.
The exciting opportunity Lead the day-to-day operations and clinical governance of a large residential aged care facility, ensuring safe, high-quality care and services Oversee all service areas including clinical and care, maintenance, administration, laundry, domestic, catering, therapy and allied health, with responsibility for resources, workforce and budgets.
Directly manage a diverse leadership team (Clinical Nurse Lead and Clinical Nurses, Allied Health, Rostering and Administration Meet key performance indicators across AN-ACC funding, occupancy, workforce engagement, care minutes, quality, safety and financial outcomes, while fostering an open, inclusive and transparent culture.

About you AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with tertiary qualifications in Nursing; additional leadership or business qualifications are highly regarded.
At least 3+ years' experience as a Facility Manager / Residential Aged Care Manager leading a large residential aged care facility, with a proven senior management track record across quality and compliance, workforce planning and recruitment, performance management, rostering and award interpretation, and delivering strong financial and operational results.
Proven track record in meeting Aged Care Quality Standards, star ratings, AN-ACC and regulatory/legislative compliance, with well-developed governance and risk management capability.
Inclusive, open and nurturing leadership style, with excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills, and the ability to balance clinical, operational and business priorities.
