PIZZA CHEF
Walsh's Hotel in Queanbeyan, is looking for a talented, creative and committed PizzaChef to join us.
The Role:
We are looking for a PIZZA team to run the brand new pizza oven. An exciting addition to the newly expanded and renovated bistro kitchen
As a member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside passionate chefs in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
· Daily menu preparation & execution during service
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
· Assist in inventory management
· Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements:
· Previous experience working on a rotating pizza oven an advantage
· Strong passion for food and a dedication to quality pizza making
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Relevant culinary qualifications in pizza making are a requirement
· Available to work some weekends and public holidays
· Minimum 5+ years of professional pizza experience are required
