The Change Manager will lead the design and delivery of a structured change management program to support technical transformation initiatives forour client's Case Management System (CMS).
This role is pivotal in ensuring readiness, adoption and benefit realisation across multiple concurrent changes impacting processes, systems, and staff.

As a Change Manager, you will be accountable for the effective delivery of change management practices for a range of software changes across the department.
You will need to:
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan, aligned with departmental frameworks and best practice
Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact analysis to identify and address areas of opportunities and risks
Design and deliver targeted communications & training programs to support staff through change
Lead readiness assessments, provide go/no-go recommendations, and develop a framework for post-implementation adoption measurement and lessons learned
Support stakeholder engagement and communication for organisational changes
Collaborate with the project team and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Demonstrated experience in leading complex organisational change programs, preferably within government or regulatory environments
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training design/delivery skills
Advanced strategic thinking and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and solve complex problems
Expertise in impact assessment, readiness gates, and risk mitigation strategies
Ability to analyse emerging issues and trends
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement
Knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics365 or MS Project would be an advantage
Tertiary or other accredited qualifications in change management, organisational development, business, or related fields are highly regarded
