Should be available 7 days a week.About your roleAs a Registered Nurse, you will work in a team environment, but also be able to operate alone and proactively. You will be on our frontline with our residents – which can be challenging, but is also rewarding when achieving positive outcomes for our residents.Your role will be responsible for our residents’ well-being and delivering care to the highest standard. We are committed to our residents and our staff, and encourage our staff to commit to working safely within their teams.What You Will DoProvide clinical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met in accordance with their care plansDevelop, implement and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the care teamAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by health care professionalsMaintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulationsAdhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staffProvide care for residents with Dementia and Palliative Care needsWhat You Will BringCompassion and resident-centred approach to delivery of careAged Care experience with a great understanding of the standards and regulationsA genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our residentsAbility to use electronic medical records and technology in a clinical settingRegistered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA RegistrationDemonstrated ability to lead, work as part of a team and autonomouslyKnowledge and understanding of AN-ACCProvide NDIS clearance, proof of right to workCulture and BenefitsLearning & development.
