This is an exciting opportunity to own and drive brand initiatives end-to-end across brand strategy, campaign delivery, NPD, and innovation.Key responsibilities:Own and manage the development and execution of brand plans across core and seasonal product rangesLead the delivery of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns in partnership with creative and media agenciesChampion new product development (NPD), managing projects from concept through to launchCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, insights, R&D and supply chainManage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelinesMonitor market trends and category insights to inform strategy and identify growth opportunitiesEnsure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints and customer channelsWho we’re looking for:Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline3+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within the FMCG sectorProven track record of delivering brand campaigns and working across NPD or innovation projectsStrong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiativesCollaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder and agency management skillsExperience with market data tools (e.g. IRI, Nielsen) and confident with Microsoft OfficeThis role offers the chance to work with an iconic brand, known for both its strong consumer following and culture of innovation.
