Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lawyer based in Adelaide, SA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Lawyer will handle legal research, draft contracts, review and negotiate agreements, and provide strategic legal advice. The role involves (i) conducting client consultations to understand their specific needs; (ii) maintaining clear communication with clients; and (iii) managing deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
* Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research
* Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate law
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
* Proficiency in using software, digital tools, and AI
* Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and admission to practice as a lawyer in Australia
