Learning and development programs designed to accelerate and elevate your career Your Role As a Support Worker at Adele House, you will be at the heart of delivering vital support to residents.
You will guide them through entry assessments and help ensure the smooth day to day operations of the site.
You will work closely with our AOD casework, inclusion, and counselling teams to deliver holistic, person centred care that supports residents on their recovery journey.
Your Responsibility Supporting clients in a respectful, non judgemental, and inclusive manner Helping clients implement their case plans and connect with essential services Contributing to the safety and wellbeing of staff, clients, and visitors by upholding WHS and risk management practices Facilitating client activities, maintaining accommodation standards, and supporting daily operations Attending regular team meetings and ensuring accurate record keeping You Will Need Availability to work 3 x Active Night Shifts per week ******pm to 6.00am) Minimum Cert IV in Community Services or relevant experience (or currently completing tertiary studies) Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in crisis management with sound judgement in emergency situations Strong computer literacy, particularly in data collection systems Flexibility to work a rotating roster including day, afternoon, and sleepover shifts NSW Drivers Licence Apply Now If this sounds like you, don't wait - apply now, we are interviewing applications as we receive them.
