Reporting to the Head of Capital Solutions, this newly created senior role is responsible for executing new capital partnerships and developing innovative capital strategies and products. You will work closely with the originations and funds managements teams to support Stockland’s growth objectives and enhance its reputation in wholesale capital markets. This is a full time role based from our Sydney head office on Castlereagh street. Your tasks will include: Support the Head of Capital Solutions in establishing a leading capital solutions team. Lead the development and execution of new capital partnerships, including product development and capital raising. Engage with domestic and foreign institutional capital to market and negotiate partnerships. Negotiate commercial terms and oversee legal documentation. Lead the pitch process for investment opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform capital partnering strategies and support capital raising. Demonstrate thought leadership and provide insights on real estate markets. Oversee complex capital partnering transactions and ensure alignment with strategic requirements. Manage transaction processes, partner due diligence, and governance. About You You are a proactive and high-performing property professional with demonstrated experience as a commercial lead for complex real estate transactions. You have a strong track record in raising wholesale capital and have established relationships with institutional investors. Your expertise extends to funds management and wholesale investor governance. You excel in developing effective working partnerships with key stakeholders and working cross-functionally within a large funds management organisation. Your advanced commercial analytical skills, combined with your capacity for judgment and problem-solving, make you a valuable asset. Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to anticipate and understand the needs of institutional investors and internal stakeholders. You pay great attention to detail and build strategic relationships, influencing without direct control and collaborating to achieve business outcomes. You have a drive for delivery and results, with the ability to prioritise and negotiate competing demands and deliver through others.
