Job Title: Financial Transactions Manager

* Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of business accounts, including sales and cash transactions.
* Effective management of payables schedules, loading payments, and responding to supplier queries is essential.
* Responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and processing weekly payroll, addressing employee payroll inquiries.
2. Lodging superannuation, workers' compensation, and payroll tax on a timely basis.
* Accounts Payable Functions:
1. Enter supplier invoices, maintain payables schedules for accuracy.
2. Loading payments and responding to supplier queries ensures efficiency and timeliness.
* Assist in generating financial reports and maintaining electronic filing systems for accounts receivable management.
* Support senior finance staff as required, providing exceptional support services.
