We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our successful team for a recently awarded project, based in Whyalla.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
* Management of commercial construction projects across various sectors
* Management of quality, safety and environmental processes
* Using Microsoft Project Programming and the direction of on site works
* Coordination of Subcontractors and onsite trades
* Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clients
* Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
* Working to project program to meet deadlines and budget
* Provide leadership and support to an onsite team.
Essential skills & qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a site manager (or similar role)
* Qualification in a relevant trade or tertiary education
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
* Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Safety Management Software
* Valid class C license essential.
