Bay & Basin Community Resources (BBCR) is a trusted not for profit provider of in home and community aged care and disability support services in the Shoalhaven
- including Ulladulla, Sussex Inlet, Bay & Basin, Nowra and surrounds. Due to an increase in demand for our services, we have a number of opportunities for additional Domestic Care Workers to join our team to provide assistance and support to older people and people with disability.
**Description**:
This role involves visiting clients in their own homes and providing services that may include:
- Domestic assistance, such as basic housekeeping, laundry
- Unaccompanied shopping
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our consumers safe
- Exact duties will depend on relevant experience and will expand dependant on completion of training
- Monday to Friday work only, offering flexible work hours
**Skills and Experiences**:
Seeking people with relevant experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or cleaning in other industries and an interest in helping older people with housekeeping tasks in home. No aged care experience is required, however is desirable

**Applicants must hold (or obtain through recruitment process)**:
- Australian Federal Police clearance (no disclosable outcomes)
- Provide First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Licence, with safe driving record
- Own vehicle
- Current car registration & comprehensive insurance
- Working with Children Check Clearance
- COVID 19 vaccination, including booster
