Based in Wurruk and working flexible hours (25–38 hrs pw) from Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will complete a Certificate III in Accounting & Bookkeeping while gaining hands on experience as a Business and Finance Trainee.

In this role, you play an important role in the front office — greeting clients, managing calls and emails, and assisting with general administrative and bookkeeping tasks. This is a hands-on learning role where you will gain valuable office, finance, and customer service skills that can take your career in many directions.

What you will be doing

- Welcoming clients and managing reception duties
- Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Supporting accounts and bookkeeping tasks
- Learning practical business and finance processes while you study
