The Role
A Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, training and mentoring team members. This role will also assist with daily operational procedures and meetings.
* Driving new membership sales to achieve business objectives.
* Delivering training, mentoring and supporting team members to encourage creative techniques.
* Using data analysis to determine internal communications and procedures are being met.
* Internal and external marketing including social media, email campaigns, B2B outreach, community events, and lead generation.
* Supporting the General Manager where needed.
* Planning, managing, and executing external lead generation including B2B, outreach, and community event planning.

Requirements
Successful applicants will have a proven track record of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment. A financially motivated individual with a natural drive to achieve targets and team goals will excel in this role.
* Previous sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
* Experience in a KPI driven environment with a proactive approach to lead generation.
* Excellent communication skills – able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others.
* Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
* A 'can do' attitude with a thirst for learning & ambition for growth.
* Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional, and well-presented.
* Have a strong work ethic.
* Desire to progress and grow within the company.
* Be highly motivated & an adaptable team player with the ability to multitask and show initiative.
* Computer literacy & ability to learn new systems.
* Communicate & uphold policies & procedures of the business to customers and staff.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (if not holding, willing to acquire).
* Have Australian working rights.
