Solar Install Coordinator

We’re working with a growing renewable energy business in Townsville that’s looking for a highly organized and proactive Solar Install Coordinator to become a key part of the operations team.
This is not your typical reception or admin role. You’ll be the person helping manage solar installation jobs from the point of sale through to completion. From coordinating paperwork, communicating with customers, supporting installers and keeping projects moving smoothly.
The business is looking for someone mature, reliable and switched on who can take ownership, think logically and genuinely help keep the back-end of the operation running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing solar installation jobs from sale through to completion
* Coordinating schedules, paperwork and customer updates
* Liaising with installers, suppliers and internal staff
* Managing customer expectations throughout the installation process
* Ensuring all required documents and job information are complete and accurate
* Assisting with improving systems and operational processes
* Supporting the day-to-day coordination of installation projects
* General administration and operations support
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in coordination, administration or operations support
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Someone proactive who can think logically and solve problems independently
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
* Calm, reliable and team-oriented personality
* Confident using computers, systems and documentation processes
Experience within solar, electrical, trades, office management, construction or service-based industries will be highly regarded, though not essential.
This role could suit someone from a trade services, office coordination, scheduling or operations background who enjoys structure, organization and helping a business run smoothly.
