Who You Are
You're a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in planning, organizing, and managing the flow of goods and materials. With expertise in coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing transportation routes, you excel at ensuring timely deliveries and efficient use of resources. Your problem‑solving abilities and keen attention to detail ensure that operations run smoothly and logistics challenges are resolved quickly and effectively. At KBR, you bring a combination of logistical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Known for your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate across departments, and maintain accurate tracking systems, you play a vital role in supporting mission‑critical operations.
What You'll Do
* Maintain documentation to record all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property.
* Ensure material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in the automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.
* Conduct weekly stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.
* Create and maintain a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly.
Requirements
* Must be a US or Australian Citizen.
* Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years of logistics experience on large contract with OCONUS experience.
* Strong organizational and logistical skills.
* Knowledge of supply chain processes and related software.
* Attention to detail.
* Adaptability.
* Decision‑making ability.
Details
Location: Alice Springs – onsite 100%. This role is contingent upon contract award.
