We are seeking a talented communicator who is passionate about our brand and marketing to understand customer needs and provide excellent customer service. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients that are knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive, helping them increase productivity and maximize their marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

* Maintain, support, and create various customer presentation materials for the Account Team.
* Follow up administratively with Account Managers daily.
* Collaborate with internal departments to execute tasks and client requests from Account Managers, Media Buyers, Designers, and Developers.
* Update client websites weekly with copy, photos, blog posts, and videos.
* Proof ads and deliverables to ensure accuracy per client requests and Account Manager guidance.
* Manage co-op requests on behalf of clients as directed by Account Managers.
* Oversee contracts, send new service agreements to clients, and coordinate with internal teams for implementation.
* Complete creative briefs to communicate deliverables to internal teams.
* Set and monitor project deadlines to ensure timely completion.
* Review and optimize social media posts for engagement.
* Manage content production, including writing blogs for enCOMPASS.
* Coordinate dashboard development updates and enhancements.
* Manage video production projects with multiple vendors.
* Plan and organize quarterly company events to foster team culture.
* Perform office administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or Business Administration.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing.
* Proficient with computers and tech tools.
* Proven ability to develop relationships and deliver tasks on time.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
* Google Analytics and AdWords certification is a plus.
