Imaging Account Manager, Public Victoria Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Imaging Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing and implementing a sales strategy for assigned radiology accounts within their state, with the goal of creating growth for GE HealthCare.
The Imaging Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to develop and maintain deep understanding of their accounts, while keeping relevant teams informed and involved. This role will involve leading multimodality deals and working with Product and Service teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales and orders volumes at target prices in assigned accounts/territory
2. Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all Radiology products & services within your radiology accounts
3. Represent GEHC Radiology and act as a primary customer point of contact in allocated radiology accounts
4. Provide ongoing feedback to Product teams, Service, and Marketing
5. Leverage cross-functional and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts
6. Grow GE HealthCare's share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures
7. Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality interactions with customer management
8. Build long-term strategic alliances with the portfolio of your accounts to continue to add value and promote Service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer satisfaction
9. In cooperation with Product and Marketing teams, drive GEHC Radiology marketing events in assigned territory
10. Be aware of segmentation and apply relevant product benefits to each client's segment
11. Leverage Product Specialists, Service Account Managers, and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical, and business content to create a competitive differentiation
12. Coordinate GE HealthCare team on assigned accounts to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
13. Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and operating mechanisms. Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as proposed by leadership
14. Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity, and company policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare, or technical field (e.g., biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field
* Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry, ideally in an Account Management position
* Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
* Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
* Strong capacity and drive to develop career
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
* Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
* Demonstrate organizational skills
* Strong negotiation & closing skills
* Solid presentation skills
* Ability to travel both domestically and internationally where required
* Valid motor vehicle license
Preferred Experience:
* Proven and progressive previous experience in sales/services/promotion to C-suite and technical decision makers e.g., CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, Facilities/Estates managers, Biomedical Engineers, nursing staff, medical specialty staff (Anesthesiology, Radiology, Intensive care, Nuclear Physicists etc.)
