Evolve Talent partners with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Safety, Health & Wellbeing Advisor supporting supply chain and distribution operations across two key sites in South Australia and Western Australia. The opportunity involves travel to WA approximately four times a year.
* Support day-to-day safety, health and wellbeing activities across 2 operational sites
* Promote a strong safety culture by coaching leaders and engaging with team members
* Assist with risk management processes, including identifying hazards and improving controls
* Contribute to audit readiness and compliance with internal standards and legislative requirements
* Assist with the delivery of safety training and wellbeing initiatives
* Provide practical advice on improving systems, processes and workplace conditions
* Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and recommending solutions
