**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and patience in handling complex queries.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
