Key Responsibilities
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Processing wages and payroll
* Reconciling books and maintaining accurate financial records
* Setting up templates and systems as required
Administrative Duties
* Preparing quotes for clients
* Following up on quotes and orders to ensure completion
* Ordering materials and office consumables
* Supporting smooth day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in accounts and administration
* Knowledge in Xero
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Professional communication skills
* Reliable and punctual
