About the Job
Key Responsibilities
* Providing leadership and managing teams to ensure consistency in practice and processes.
* Implementing standardised business processes and rules across the School Cleaning auditing program to support workforce planning and address scheduling issues.
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with service providers and schools to manage risks and resolve issues impacting service delivery.
* Establishing quality assurance mechanisms to ensure rosters are prepared on time and accurately reflect staffing needs.
* Developing and implementing procedures and internal practices to support centralised rostering function, ensuring transparency in operations.
* Analyzing and preparing monthly reports for the leadership team, covering performance metrics, non-compliance, customer satisfactions, attendance, trends, and risks to program delivery.
* Collaborating with internal teams on various matters such as planning, commercial discussions, legal, and communications.
* Assisting the Manager and Operations Manager with staff development and performance management.
* Reviewing and improving existing processes, establishing new ones aligned with objectives of the School Cleaning Unit.
Requirements
* A valid Driver's License.
* A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
