Key Responsibilities

* Help shape the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways
* Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
* Proven capability in TMR project delivery from planning to detailed design
* Collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges
* Experience leading design teams or mentoring others highly regarded
