We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
You will contribute to the development of organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes, including implementing change management strategies to support business transformations and improve employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in HRBP roles, including experience in handling Employee Relations matters with a focus on compliance and resolution.
