About the Role:
* Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure shipments are cleared successfully
* Gather and check shipment information and documentation when existing data is insufficient
* Validate and correct data to ensure records meet all regulatory standards
* Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections where required
* Maintain regular contact with customers via phone, email, and other channels, supporting clearance queries
* Handle documentation tasks and some manual handling duties
What We Are Looking For:
* Availability to work weekends (both days or at least one)
* A proactive and detail-focused approach to work
* Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
* The ability to manage both desk-based tasks and occasional manual handling
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced operation
