Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security System Technicians & Trainee Technicians. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of access control systems and a passion for cutting-edge electronic security technology. This role demands a professional who can operate seamlessly in both project sites and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Expertly install, configure, and maintain sophisticated security systems including Inner Range Inception, Integriti & Infiniti, Protégé WX/GX, C-Cure and Challenger platforms.
* Stay ahead of the curve with IP-based electronic security technologies, such as Hanwha, Avigilon, Mobotix and Network Optix CCTV products, and apply this expertise to system implementations and troubleshooting.
* Maintain a professional and polished appearance suitable for diverse environments, from technical worksites to executive offices.
* Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and leadership skills, with the potential to mentor and guide less-experienced technicians.
* Exhibit a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
* Communicate with clients confidently and professionally, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
* Display excellent written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentation and effective client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in electronic security system programming, engineering, technical drawing, project management, and customer software training.
* 2+ years proven experience with Inner Range Integriti, ICT Protege WX/GX, C-Cure or similar
* 2+ years proven experience with NX VMS, Hanwha Wave, Avigilon, Mobotix or similar
* Relevant certifications or advanced training in security systems and electronic security technology such as Inner Range Integriti (Basic or Advanced certifications), ICT Protege WX/GX (Basic or Advanced), C-Cure (Basic or Advanced), Gallagher qualifications or similar
