The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Manage banking and allocations, including credit card payments, EFTs, and cash banking.
* Collect overdue payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
* Provide customer service and investigate discrepancies promptly.
* Conduct risk reviews and reconcile customer accounts.
* Report on numbers and disputes throughout the month.
* Deal with mercantile agents as required.
* Assist with month-end procedures and reporting, including journal entries.

* You must be able to reduce DSOs and manage your own ledger.
* You should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* You need solid communication skills.
* You enjoy working in a team environment.
* You are able to work onsite five days per week.
