Job Description
Fire Service Technicians will be responsible for inspecting fire protection equipment, reporting on non-compliance, and managing service jobs using online client management systems. The successful candidate will have experience reading and understanding building codes, national construction codes, and Australian standards related to fire safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated phone or iPad use for service, recording, and reporting
* Highly organized with great attention to detail
* Must be very reliable
* Must work well with others
* Must have a good problem-solving approach to service delivery
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the fire safety/servicing industry, working as a field technician. They must be willing to obtain FPAS Inspect and Test Accreditation, hold a manual motor vehicle license in NSW, and have current WHS tickets, including a white card.
