Range Workforce Solutions have partnered with Hellers to assist in sourcing a Department Supervisor to join their team in East Bendigo. The Bendigo business firstly started in 1983 with a focus on providing ready to eat poultry products across Australia. We offer a safe and supportive environment whilst providing all team members with full training regardless of experience.
We are looking for applications from candidates who have been working in leadership roles within the FMCG industry, salary will be negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Key areas of responsibilities include:
* Supervision of all production activities to ensure adherence to production, quality and food safety standards.
* Follow and meet production plans.
* Understanding production requirements and being able to roster staff accordingly.
* Ensure that operations within your department are done efficiently and safely.
* Lead, motivate and develop the team of production staff, providing coaching, guidance and support to maximise performance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
What we are looking for
* Demonstrated leadership experience in production, preferably within the food industry.
* Ability to drive a positive and proactive team culture.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills.
* Adhere to all food safety and food hygiene standards.
* Relevant tertiary qualification would be highly desirable.
