Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts and running a designated area.
This role involves supervising employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining food safety to the highest standard and reviewing and monitoring guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.

Qualifications:
* Management experience in Hospitality or Retail (preferred but not required)
* First Aid Level 2 (preferred but not required)
* Fire Safety Training (preferred but not required)
