Job Summary:
The Early Years Operations Director is a vital role that prioritizes the safety and well-being of young children by ensuring the seamless execution of established safety protocols, routines, and measures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members to emphasize the importance of continuous supervision and adherence to safety guidelines.
* Provide timely and constructive feedback on potential improvements to minimize the risk of unsupervised situations.
* Coordinate with educators and support staff to establish clear communication channels during transition periods.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field (Associate's degree considered on a case-by-case basis).
* 40-45 clock hours of administrative training, 9 clock hours of training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public.
* Minimum of 2-years experience in a licensed childcare facility, with management/coaching experience required.

* Keen observational skills to assess and understand the needs and emotions of children and educators.

* Infant/Toddler Training: 45 clock hours
* Preschool Child Development and Curriculum Planning: 90 clock hours
* Child Development (birth through school): 45 clock hours
* Curriculum for School Age Care: 45 clock hours
