What You\'ll Be Doing
The Registered Nurse uses best practice evidence to deliver person-centred nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care.
Selection Criteria
Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Competencies and knowledge for nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Effective clinical communication using information technology, written and verbal skills with professional interpersonal abilities.
Evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person-centred care with a commitment to quality improvement.
Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate to deliver quality nursing care; willingness to lead and manage change in coordination and delivery of care.
Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, with engagement in professional development and ongoing competence.
Ability to prioritise and organise workload and deliver care with integrity and accountability.
