Position: Medical Practitioner (MDs and DOs)
Type: Independent contractor
Compensation: $130–$170/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute clinical expertise to the design and evaluation of AI medical outputs.
- Review AI-generated medical case studies, diagnoses, and workflows for accuracy and alignment with medical standards.
- Provide structured feedback on clarity, safety, and medical rigor.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to refine model performance and outputs.
- Work independently and maintain flexible schedule to improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
- Must-Have: 2+ years of clinical practice work experience in the US.
- Must-Have: Experience in Cardiology.
- Must-Have: MD or DO from a reputable medical school.
- Must-Have: Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
- Preferred: Candidates must be in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

Compensation & Legal
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Top performers receive weekly bonus incentives of $30/hour on top of their pay rate.
