As a strategic, relationship-focused digital native you will oversee the delivery of high-impact digital projects from concept through to launch and beyond. You will work closely with clients and our internal team to scope, plan, deliver and provide ongoing support for experiences that empower our charity partners to achieve their mission.You Will BeA strategic advisor with deep digital knowledge and a commitment to best practice;A project manager who thrives on timelines, quality and collaboration;A growth enabler, identifying and converting digital opportunities into wins;A relationship builder, trusted and respected by our internal teams, clients and the sector.Your Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading and delivering website and digital platform projects that meet client goals;Developing scopes, budgets, timelines and resourcing plans;Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring projects run on time and on budget;Identifying and pursuing new digital opportunities with new and existing clients;Creating proposals and pitching compelling solutions that win work;Building Marlin’s presence in the sector by developing and sharing case studies and speaking at webinars and conferences;Championing quality, accessibility and best practices in every deliverable;Working with the Digital Director to identify innovative solutions that benefit the sector;Mentoring internal team members and fostering a collaborative digital culture;Ensuring each project delivers measurable results and impact.You Must Have7+ years of experience delivering digital projects with measurable outcomes (preferably agency-side);Proven ability to oversee cross-functional project teams and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously;Strong understanding of web production processes, CMS platforms, technical solutioning, API integrations and UX best practice;A sharp commercial mindset, with a proven ability to uncover opportunities, pitch ideas, and convert them into successful, revenue-generating projects;Confident scoping projects, writing proposals and managing budgets;Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both internally and with clients;A passion for social impact and a belief in the power of digital to drive change;Australian working rights.It’s An Added Plus If You HaveExperience leading digital projects for cause or purpose-driven brands;Developer or coding experience in PHP and WordPress;Experience with digital product development.Benefits… apart from changing the world of course!Additional annual leave day to celebrate your birthday;Social events scheduled throughout the year;Annual team development days;Access to internal and external Learning and Development opportunities;How to applyEmail careers@marlincommunications.com with the subject line: Digital LeadApplication And IncludeYour CV with 3 referencesA cover letterA 400–500 word response: Why is changing the world your calling?Only complete applications will be considered.
