Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Power Electronics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design and development team, you will be responsible for the design, modeling, simulation, and testing of power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed test plans, validation procedures, and documentation to ensure functional and performance compliance.
* Design, model, and simulate power electronics systems using industry-standard tools and software.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, PCB layout, and firmware engineers, to develop and validate designs.
* Utilize laboratory equipment to conduct thorough analysis and root cause investigations.
* Perform design validation under various operating conditions, including temperature, voltage, and load profile.
* Interface with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to ensure design for testability (DFT) and design for manufacturing (DFM).
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with converter/inverter prototyping, test benches, and debugging.
* Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, AC-DC inverters, magnetics, and control algorithms.
* Proficiency in using lab instruments and data acquisition tools.
* Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or LTspice.
* Experience with standards and compliance (UL, IEC, ISO) for power electronics systems.
