Responsibilities: Provide tailored technical advice on income tax matters, Build and manage client relationships, ensuring compliance with related-party loans, tax planning, and structuring requirements, Oversee tax compliance and governance processes for large client groups, including significant trusts, Assist dynamic clients with transactions and related tax considerations, Offer guidance on business structuring and conduct tax due diligence, Address tax challenges associated with cross-border investments and organizational structures, Manage revenue office submissions, audits, and reviews effectively, Deliver tax advisory support to the broader team and professionals within the Affinity network, Coach, mentor, and lead team members while providing technical training, Participate in business development initiatives to foster growth opportunities. Key Skills: Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Commerce, Law, or a related field, Possess industry-recognized accreditations such as CA, CPA, CTA, or their equivalents, Have demonstrated expertise in corporate tax and advisory, preferably within a public practice environment, Exhibit leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring team members, Proactively manage client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities, Showcase a strong sense of accountability and ownership in delivering results.
