Experienced dealership Service Manager, or Workshop Foreman required to operate a leading dealership group.
Act as principal contact between workshop and customers
Carry out the day to day running of the workshop
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's
Ensure quality standards are met
Ensure safe and responsible OHS practices are followed by all staff
You will need to display;
Sound knowledge of workshop procedures
Good leadership skills
Superior communication skills
Hold a current Australian Drivers licence
Able to interpret service reports and be proficient in the use of computerised systems
The role requires a Service Manager who must thrive under high pressure and consistently deliver top results.
Remuneration will consist of salary and bonuses.
