Job Title:
Paediatric Speech Pathologist
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and provide interventions for children aged 0-12 years with diverse disabilities.
* Visit homes, childcare centres, and schools to provide inclusive therapy services.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Early Childhood Educators, and families.
* Develop and deliver educational sessions for parents, teachers, and preschool staff.
* Utilize CRM and iPad technology to support therapy services.
Requirements:
* Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
* Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
* Experience in providing Speech Pathology services to children and families.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Driver's licence required for travel between services.
* Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice, inclusive practice, and family-centred service delivery.
