The Role
As the lease administrator, you will be involved in the assistance of all thing leasing, and admin support. With plenty of support and collaboration, this is an exciting opportunity to temporarily join a great team and industry leader. This opportunity has the potential to transition to a permanent contract
You will be responsible for:
* General lease administration
* Effectively liaise with clients and team
* Complete and accurately capture information to update company databases
* Opportunity to assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
* NO weekends and NO accounts
* Flexible days and hours available
* Potential to go permanent
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in Lease Administration
* Experience using Yardi is desirable
* Strong attention to detail
* You will be able to communicate with all types of people
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* Proficient knowledge and understanding of office 365 suite
