Skills & Experience
Previous experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or boutique settings.
Strong leadership skills, including mentoring, rostering, and team development.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and personalised client experiences.
Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Confident in using POS systems, e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools.
A genuine interest in fashion, style, and creating memorable retail experiences.
Motivated to achieve sales targets while supporting a positive, collaborative team environment.
Strong stylist and consultative customer service.
