Job Role
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our kitchen team.
* Key responsibilities include planning menus, food preparation and managing kitchen supplies and equipment.
* You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality meals are prepared and presented to our members and guests.
* Maintenance of kitchen equipment, training and supervising apprentices and other kitchen staff, as well as rostering and staffing reviews are also integral parts of this role.
Essential Requirements
* A minimum of one year's experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment is required.
* Valid working rights for Australia are also essential for this position.
