Job Description
As a Payroll Administrator, you\'ll be a key part of a collaborative team, supporting payroll operations for a large and diverse workforce. Your role will focus on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in time and attendance data management.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain payroll-related data with precision and timeliness.
- Audit time and attendance records to ensure compliance with awards, agreements, and company policies.
- Resolve payroll queries and provide support to operational leaders.
- Assist with system updates and testing related to payroll configuration.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project work.
- Support training and documentation of payroll procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across payroll, HR, and operations.
The Successful Applicant
To thrive in this role, you\'ll bring a strong foundation in payroll or finance administration, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 2+ years\' experience in payroll, finance, or data administration.
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems (UKG Pro / Kronos highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A cooperative mindset and willingness to support process improvements.
- Commitment to a 12-month fixed term contract and ability to start ASAP.
