The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the non-academic operations of the School, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
* Key Responsibilities:
* General Services: Coordinate and manage the provision of general services to students, staff, and visitors.
* Grounds & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the School's grounds and facilities.
* Cleaning: Manage the cleaning schedule and ensure that all areas of the School are kept clean and tidy.
* Capital Infrastructure Projects: Plan and implement capital infrastructure projects to improve the School's facilities.
* Events and Community: Coordinate events and activities that foster a sense of community among students, staff, and parents.
* Operations Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors providing services such as catering.
* Additional Responsibilities:
* Information and Communication Technology (ICT): Provide technical support and maintain ICT systems.
* Administration and Reception: Assist with administrative tasks and provide reception services.
