Senior Enterprise Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our operating models, processes, and technology frameworks.

The successful candidate will have:
* 10+ years' experience in transformation or strategy design within large-scale, complex organizations;
* Proven expertise in operating-model design and enterprise architecture;
* Strong track record of delivering integrated business, process, and technology solutions;
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence influencing at executive level;
* Collaborative leadership style with experience building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams;
* Analytical, strategic, and comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments;
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of defence and security-sensitive industries, as well as experience working with Defence or other security-sensitive industries.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
