Senior Product Designer – 12-Month Contract
Rate: $850+ Super/day
We're on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer to join a high-performing team on a 12-month contract. This is a great opportunity to work across enterprise-scale products that impact millions of Australians, helping redesign core experiences that are part of their everyday lives.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end design process. From discovery through to delivery, bringing strategic thinking, research capability and polished UI craft to the table.
You'll own the process and collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape seamless, scalable digital experiences that are grounded in real user needs.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading the full design process: From research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
* Planning and conducting user research including interviews, usability testing and surveys
* Designing elegant, scalable solutions across responsive web and digital platforms
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
* Presenting work with clarity and confidence to stakeholders at all levels
* Helping evolve and maintain a robust design system
What you bring:
* 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within enterprise or complex digital environments
* Confidence in leading user research and applying insights to design decisions
* A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and high-quality UI craft
* Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles
* Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar
* A collaborative working style and excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
* Background in enterprise level products
* An understanding of behavioural design and conversion optimisation
