**About the Role**
Perform planned services on supported equipment installed on customer sites
Travel to sites to diagnose and rectify technical issues causing breakdowns
Investigate and correct problems where machines are not performing at required levels
Perform services and rebuilds
Provide technical support to customers
Comply with safety guidelines and ensure risks are identified and controlled
**About You**
**_Essential Criteria_**
- A current Electrician's Licence or be a trade qualified Fitter/Mechanic with a Restricted Electrical License
- Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings
- Willingness to work weekends, travel and work flexible hours
- Developed customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Current Drivers' License
**_Desirable Criteria_**
- Experience in the food packaging or processing equipment
- Electronics skills and knowledge of PLC driven processes is highly regarded
- Knowledge of motor, servomotor and drive technology is an advantage
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Pro-rata salary packaging of $80k-$90k + Super + Maintained Company Vehicle
**Location**:Southern QLD
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday; 38 hours per week. Saturday's paid at double time
